Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

How to Track Your Order?

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout plus an additional 2 business days, please reach out to us at support@divineluuryhub.co.uk with your name and order number.

We are committed to resolving any delivery concerns promptly.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on support@divineluuryhub.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The prices listed below apply to standard parcels weighing up to 5.5lb (2.5kg). Shipping costs for parcels exceeding this weight are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination and weight.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. For heavier parcels (over 11lb / 5kg), shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applied by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
