WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All purchases made between 18th October and 20th December are eligible for our extended Christmas Returns period, you will have until Sunday 5th January 2025. to return your items.

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Items should be returned in original saleable condition. It must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the tags and packaging. 

If you are returning items from multiple orders please ensure these are separate to avoid complications.

Please note, postage will be payable when returning or exchanging your order. We do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@divineluxuryhub.co.uk.You can find instructions on how and where to send your package on your order receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or providing proof of purchase will not be accepted.

The following are exceptions to the returns policy above:

• If an item is marked as final sale this item is non returnable.
• Women's swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still in tact and has not been removed.
• Socks can be returned if they are sealed in there original packaging.
• Men's swimwear, underwear and Women's underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• All bottles are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We process returns as quickly as we can and usually do so within 7 days. During busy periods this may take up to 14 days. Please also allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

*Abuse of our Returns Policy (Including repeated refunds, free wardrobing and chargeback fraud) will not be accepted. Divine Luxury Hub reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and refunds and reserve the right to close a customer account if we deem it necessary.
